Join us for an afternoon of indulgence with a variety of local artisan cheeses, cheese-based appetizers and breads. Learn about the history of cheese and all things cheese - how to buy cheese and how to present them, to serve and cut them, how to pair them with drinks and other food.
A delightful event for cheese enthusiasts who want to learn more about cheese. We’ll talk about the history of cheese, create a French style cheese board with a dozen cheeses, sample each of them and teach you how to taste the difference between commercial and artisan cheeses. You’ll come away with an appreciation for the various types, styles and flavors of artisan cheeses and the confidence to pair them and serve them beautifully at your next gathering. 4 different wines will be provided to taste with the cheeses.
